究竟是老貓先生瞎扯還是我翻譯錯了？

記得當年入籍時念過，當正，副總統都不在時由speaker of white house(白宮發言人)繼任。是我翻譯錯了？應該翻譯成“白宮喇叭”？還是這些年改製了我不知道？
