如果法官問，這半瓶酒是怎麽留在車裏的，父母better have evidence showing they took the half bottle from restaurant or a friend's house，such as restaurant receipt or friend's testimony.  

如果他們隻是自說自話，法官有斟酌權不采納父母的證詞。這樣不但救不了兒子，還可能給自己找麻煩。
