I have same experience.

I bought something from ebay.
Then I found it is not same as the description.
I asked seller to refund,got refused.then I use Paypal's dispution to get refund,seller only proved that he mailed it to me. paypal did do further.then I called my credit card company and told the story.
after 3 months,the seller finaly refund money to my credit card.
