First of all, I have to admit that I am not an expert in parole law. I think it would be difficult for you to acquire the status of derivative beneficiary. I am not sure whether your girlfriend is principal alien under the parole. Based on what you said above, I do not believe she is. If she is the derivative beneficiary herself as the child of her mother, presuming that you were married at the time she filed her 485, you would be derivative to a derivative beneficiary. You would need a separate immigrant visa petition to adjust your status. Furthermore, you are not even married to her yet.
