問題是a的法律涵義

a panda, 是指一個熊貓，還是指熊貓類？

For example:

A panda usually roams up to 100 acres a day.這是指熊貓類。

A panda escaped the zoo。這是指一個熊貓。

那麽，看看原文：

假設金錢數目不是問題，這裏的a nurse是指一個護士（陪伴病人旅行），還是護士類？我想應該是護士類，否則假設一個病人需要（required by a patient)兩個護士，就不能報了嗎？

同樣，"a parent who must go with a child"，這個parent如果按父母類而不是一個父母理解，也說得通。一般做重大醫療決定需要兩個父母同意，雖然可以打電話，一般孩子到外地去看病，兩個父母跟著去，可以說是must。
