在中國，事實分居5年以上，法律是否應該判決離婚？

這是一個不幸的婚姻，夫妻雙方長期分居，不管不問對方生活，理應判決離婚並依法分割財產，但現在是在神奇的南京當地法院判決，不知道會有什麽奇葩的判決結果，現在正等待正常的，而不是讓人大跌眼鏡的非法判決
