請問，你當時在失去H1身份之後就一直待在美國嗎？
yes

身份失效之後一個月之內得不到新的OFFER，辦不下新的身份，不是就應該離開美國嗎？你是怎麽處理的呢？
as law I should leave US in 10 days, but I did not.
I got offer at two months later. so I went to CA. the advantage is it gave me new H1 visa immediately and also satisfied the law requirement of leave US after lost old H1 visa.

所謂180天的延展期，是否屬實，可以用在我這種情況下嗎？
