最近買房中,下周close,發現律師費3690。 買的是常規的single family home,買房過程也很正常。別這麽高的律師費嚇到了,我們這嘎達這種情況律師費800到1500。問律師要了收費明細如下:之前一次未成的買賣,我們在attoney review 第二天退出。這個費用不包含正常的closing cost. title啥的費用都是另外收的。詢問律師幾個不明費用,I.e 為啥title公司收了我們title search費,你又要收title exam? 你的1450律師費到底包含啥?為啥email, fax還要另收?之類的。律師不回答,無賴的說 no fee/cost is necessary, I wish I could work for nothing..
