Thanks for your concern. Actually, my wife bought this insurance policy which states she is the principal driver of our car. The insurance policy file can only show her name there. Principal driver means she drives the car most of the time, but other legal drivers can also drive her car occasionally. The insurance company would cover the other driver as long as my wife drives the car most of the time. In fact, I reported the accident to her insurance company, and they had already contacted the bodyshop where I towed my car to. They would not add my name on the paper, cause they thought it is not needed. My adjustor had already sent out the estimated repair check to me. There is no doubt for the coverage by the insurance company!
