I am 120% sure I stopped while I saw those 2 cars, cause that was the safest action I could take in that situation. If I moved back, I might hit the car parked at my back, If I continued pulling out, that moving car might hit my car more seriously. I had no other choices except fully stopped. Also, there was no damage at all on my car head and headlights (driver side). The 95% damage is at the middle of my car's front wheel mental cover.THe cover was blowed away. It is impossible I hit her car with the middle of my front wheel without damaging other parts of the car. I just told the truth. By the way, that white woman is about 55 yrs old (from her driver license). I really suspect that age of woman has a quick and clear sense knowing the object on the road. If it were a big rock, or a live person, she might have hit them too.
