停車場發生的車禍 （請教大家）

本人六月底下午在停車場遭遇車禍。對方在向左倒車時候，車的左後輪後側擦到了我車的後保險杠正中央（我車有倒車後視影像，當時處於靜止狀態，清晰地看到對方的全部過程）。對方司機沒發現繼續向前開，當時我就立即下車迅速跑到對方車前攔下對方，對方是一白女，一臉詫異表情，在車裏說並沒有聽到什麽。

上報保險公司後，經過一個月的等待，雙方保險公司給了結果。我本人保險公司Mercury經過調查後認定對方100%全責，而對方保險公司GEICO則稱我應付整個CASE的70%的責任，對方是30%責任。目前狀況是雙方保險公司談不攏，需accident arbitrator介入，需要好幾個月時間才能有最後結果。我現在比較擔心被人撞，還要被“承擔”主要責任，請問arbitrator 介入後的結果會對我有利麽？謝謝！

備注：白色車為我的，銀色車為對方

我的車傷痕是從右向左橫向擦傷，無凹凸，並且加載有對方汽車油漆（已經將此照片提供給雙方保險公司）

所發生車禍停車場是雙向車道的

無警察REPORT，無證人，雙方車內都沒有乘客
