about 無法平靜 de question

I read 無法平靜's article for a few times, and I have a lot of questions
for us here. I want to get professional answer.

It looks like the 無法平靜 herself is already an adult. So she should
be responsible for herself's behavior.

But on the other hand, her former boss, as her teacher at least morally should
be punished. It is a taboo for the teacher to have sex with their students
, especially when the teacher himself is married.

I know that such cases is very hard to get fairness in China.
