As to the first charge, there is no problem you may win. The officer should have traced your driver's license according to your car's plate number.
But for the second charge, although you may still plea not guilty, you chance of success is slim. Don't give up, you may have the city counsel lower the amount of the ticket. The supporting deopsition is something like a written testimony made by the officer who issued the tickets to state the relevant fact to support the charge.
