看來你敵情觀念不強，被騙子耍了。前車主要是真回國了，你隻能認栽了。

加拿大車子過戶時沒有像美國那樣的title transfer, 但要填寫Transfer / Tax Form，上麵有賣家的信息，要是現在查無此人，那也就完了。

其實在你們那個Transfer / Tax Form裏，明確地告誡買主：
The purchaser is advised to check for liens and encumbrances with the Personal Property Registry, Victoria, BC before finalizing the sale.
