去年九月我在Amazon買了Samsung Smart TV，最近突然不能看了

和Samsung交涉後，他們不uphold one year warranty，因為是從unauthorized seller買的。雖然他們的warranty並沒有規定要authorized seller。
Amazon和seller說已經超過30天了，他們無法幫助。

請教：接下來還可以做什麽？
