我是中國公民，綠卡，在美國工作，無子女。我希望能夠回國收養，美國這邊能夠開的證明，工作收入存款無子女無犯罪健康證明等等，已經經過州政府認證，中國領事館蓋章，拿回國在福利院排隊了。

之前我專門打過電話給boston的一家中國兒童領養機構，對方一聽我是中國公民，就說我不走他們的程序。我不知道那些所謂的家庭調查是不是我還需要啊？謝謝。有點糊塗。
-Because you are a Chinese citizen, you just need to adopt the child based on the Chinese Adoption Law/policy. Your adopted child can apply for the B-2 visa to enter US to live with you, then you can sponsor the child green card application after two years later. The child can renew the B-2 status again and again until he/she files I-485 for green card, and USCIS normally will approve the child's B-2 status renewal in this case. If the child does not renew the B-2 status, then you can become a US citizen to sponsor him/her the green card after two years later.

Of course, if you want to live with the child in China, you may just apply for reentry permit to stay in China (you may need to come back to US every 6 months to keep your residency continuity for future US citizen ship application).
