請問怎麽 remove a name from our rental property title？

現在房子的deed 上是我們老倆口加上女兒，現在要將女兒的名字拿掉。網上查了一下，說是可以“quit claim deed"就可以。自己可以做嗎？哪裏可以拿到quit claim deed form? 是自己到縣裏哪個辦公室去file?
