法律上你們沒有理，但是現實比法律要寬廣

人家雖然可以來告你們，一般業主都會集中精力找下一個房客。

同時，你們也把錢省下來去找好學區的房子。

以後人家來告你們，主動和對方meet the half way就把事情給消了。

可是我懷疑money order或者cashier's check好像無法取消。你們隻能是花錢買教訓吧。
