我應該怎麽辦

有一事難以啟齒， 每想起此事，憤恨不已，感覺窩囊。在我來美之前，糊塗之下和一公司領導發生性關係，最卑鄙的是他有性病。事發之後，他拒不承認，隻是以其他借口付了1萬治療費，但這事給我造成很大傷害，精神&身體。後悔不已，
1。如果能利用他作些什麽，多少可減輕一些，他至今仍在高位，可我不知何從要挾他。
2。公布與眾，證據不足，不想丟人。 我該怎麽辦， 請各位大俠賜召。什麽媒體可自由發表新聞。
