To establish fraud, you have to prove that (1) the other party misrepresented facts, (2) you "reasonably" relied on the misrepresentation to enter into a contract.

人家雖然廣告是寫2004，但是車有產權title，你也可以去查VIN的曆史，自己搞不清楚是2003的，確實是你自己的責任。你以前做的，沒有人會認為是“reasonably" relied, 所以基本上沒有什麽希望贏 。
