謝謝 版主單身老貓-，檸檬椰子汁- 和 N。 的回複，這麽快。我就是單位雇員，沒有自己的Business. But 也可能會有 civil litigation lawsuit，比如 Malpractice etc..我想問一下 Living trust fund 有這樣的功能嗎？

我知道 living trust fund 可以避免 probate process if grantor 死亡。 但是如果 grantor 人活著，這個 living trust fund 有什麽作用嗎？
