假設樓主是在NV，州檢察官調查，“By performing investigations, BCP learns of cases that indicate a pattern of deceptive activity that substantially affect the public interest in Nevada.” 所以樓主不一定能夠獲得馬上回應，州檢察官也不一定真正立案。

如果僅僅是靠AG嚇唬對方，對方如果真是慣犯，可能早就知道AG的把戲，根本嚇唬不到。我認為還是自己去告small claim最直接。
