Don't let them go easily

I have had this attorney, he claimed to have more than 4 years experience. I hired him but fired him after one week. I checked with the state Supre court and found out he just got license half year ago. He was totally incompetent. He took close to 2000 out of 3000 retainer fee.I am filing a complaint to the ethics committee to report that he is not giving me my refund and statement even he has promised several times. I am going to contest his hours in the court. I am also going to file a mal-practice suit against this *****. I am going to send this greedy ***** to hell.
