They charge me for mileage, but their estimate on the contract does not include milege. Their explanation is that they cannot estimate milege. But since this is a one way rental, they should at least put the mileage between two locations in the estimate - this is common sense. If they want to count mileage, why do they say in the disclaimer that the estimate is subject to change based on return time and fuel - NO milege is mentioned. How can they call this a good faith document? Unfortunately, I was in a hurry when I rent the car. I only noticed that they did not charge me for mileage in the contract, but did not make sure they write down the word "unlimited", so I am in trouble now.
