All of the laws we enforce make it illegal to fire, demote, harass, or otherwise “retaliate” against people (applicants or employees) because they filed a charge of discrimination, because they complained to their employer or other covered entity about discrimination on the job, or because they participated in an employment discrimination proceeding (such as an investigation or lawsuit).
一旦遞上材料,公司就不敢動你。否則就是自己給自己找官司。大公司這點水平還是有的。
沒有法律保護,我也會建議想開一點,但是如果有法律保護,堅決要利用法律保護自己。
最後回你一句,做美國人,不要延續中國忍受思想,別人罵了你就要反擊。這個事情拋開,想想你自己對自己孩子的建議,有沒有自己中國思想的局限性,是不是讓孩子對歧視也是一笑了之。來了美國為了什麽?就是一個人權。
