Ebay, Amazon開店注冊時都是需要提供店主申請人的tax ID的，因為你的收入是要被報給IRS的。你忘了你怎麽注冊的了？
他一個留學生在美國沒有被雇傭的話，是申請不到SSN(社安號）的，要是想申請ITIN（個人報稅號碼），IRS就得看申請人填表內容是否符合條件，其中就有申請理由和是何簽證類型一欄。
