我會被charge hit. And run 嗎？

在一家銀行的停車場，不小心蹭掉了旁邊車的漆皮，大約2寸長，因為是第一次，當時嚇壞了，不知怎麽辦就離開了，2小時後，決定還是報警，在家打電話給警察匯報了事情經過，打電話時，警察說目前還沒有人報案說車被刮了。現在2天過去了，沒有人和我聯係，請問，我的情況，警方或被刮車的車主有可能控告我“hit and run"嗎？
