Andrew admitted that he said offensive things, and Owen said Andrew did. The evidence against Andrew is 2-0. Guilty.

Owen never admitted he said anything, but Andrew accused, so the evidence against Owen is 1-1, cannot convict unless it is > 51%.

Very important to keep your mouth shut. Owen had better lawyers, if parents were lawyers for their children.

Who are better parents is remaining to be seen.
