may have trouble if go back

You may have some trouble next time when you go to Louisiana. I remember when I was in court contesting a speed ticket, the judge was dealing with someone from another state who failed to pay the ticket last time. Seriously, the judge asked him "why do you on purpose ignor the authority of our state?" and was trying to put him in jail. Of course, if you never go back to Louisiana, they do not have personal jurisdiction against you. But when you do, you may have trouble.
