Is it possible that

using that coach as a personal coach and practice with him only during weekend? Then that coach uses his own personal time to teach your child and so when teaching ur child, he does not represent the other club. Of course you will need to pay him maybe with higher rate. But if your child has the talent, it definitely worth it.
