看看你改的英語，還是個好英語句子嗎？別人那麽嚴謹的句子被你這麽一改，覺得頓時降了級。
其實沒有什麽分句不分句的那麽複雜，看看原句，如果忽略這段插如句：but if none, before entering the crosswalk on the near side of the intersection or, if none, then before entering the intersection, 因為這其實就是講的個怎麽停，停在哪裏。
那麽原句就是：
A driver facing a steady circular red signal alone shall stop at a marked limit line and shall remain stopped until an indication to proceed is shown, except as provided in subdivision (b)

這麽清楚，你必須在紅燈麵前停，並保持停住，直到有可行進的信號燈。要想行走，必須有下麵(b)的情況，你還能挑個什麽刺？
