(1) If you can get the damaged tiles, you can check the cracks. If the cracks are old, you win. If you cannot get the tiles, never mention them outside of court, just in case they destroy or alter the evidence
(2) Keep your drill and ensure it is not damaged. In the court, you can ask if the lady knew the color of your drill. Your drill is plastic, it would get damaged if it really dropped down from a height more than 6 fts.
(3) Tiles damaged by a single impact of a falling drill should have unique crack structure. Let the lady layout the three damaged tiles in their original order and check the crack structure.
(4) Ask for lie-detection test

Because the bad lady plotted the case, I am wondering if she took pictures of your tool boxes or even video-taped your tool boxes. If that's the case, they may really use the same type of your drill to create the real "crime" scene.
