請問-- 我該要LLC 的owner 簽租房的Lease agreement 還是所有住的人都簽

有一個LLC 想以LLC 的名義租我的房給employee住。我該讓LLC為tenant，owner簽lease agreement ，還是讓所有的要住的人為tenant，所有的人都簽名呢？  有些不是很sure。謝謝！！！
