2001年，用現金轉換了500股IDEC的股權。IDEC 和Biogen 於2003年合並，合並後原IDEC 股票一股換一股合並後的BIIB, 共計500股。股票一直在E*trade 帳戶上。去年賣出200股時被告之帳戶上BIIB 股票隻剩200股了。
過去三個月一直在與E*trade 交涉，他們查了很久，最近說那100股於2005年轉出。問他們轉給了誰？回複不知道。問到誰授權的，有記錄嗎？說查不到。他們隻保留文檔七年。事情懸在這裏。
我可以告上法庭，但先問問大家有無其它途徑解決問題。上法庭是最後的選擇。
