您說的意見很有益。 從生意角度看不是壞事， 但因為我太大意沒有搞清楚他是搞大麻的， 租金太低。 這倒是其次考慮， 我的主要顧慮是隔壁客戶服務對象主要是孩子， 樓上都是apartment， 長期出租給大學學生。 租給這個大麻聚樂部， 會完全影響目前租客利益。長期下去， 我可能隻能租給這個大麻聚樂部， 其他客戶都跑了。

現在比較頭疼。 我打算offer送他半年租金看他願意不願意走人。 另外聽從您的建議去查查zoning. 難道真的不能breach contract for a fee? especially in this case the new tenant does not disclose the nature of their business (even though it is our fault that we - me and my agent - just did not do any homework).
