about applying for U.S. citizenship

I am planning to apply for citizenship of the United States. I got my green card about five years ago based on EB-1. Am I supposed to fill in the form N-400? What other documents do I need to prepare? Is there anything that I need to pay attention to particularly? Thanks a lot for the help.
