Hire a local lawyer

Your case is interstate so it doesn't matter which state the lawyer is in. Hire a local lawyer so that you can correspond with him/her better.

I am not sure what exactly your divorce order says that you HAVE TO go back to the court. Usually those language assumes both parents are living in Indiana. Your lawyer will tell you whether you need to go back to IN or not.

Your case is, you live in IL, have an Indiana order, want to enforce it in Hawaii. What you (or your lawyer) really need is go to Hawaii court and try to garnish the husband's wages.

For permission to take your son to China, you need to go to local court, where the son is living. Another reason you need a local lawyer.
