Weather if the tooth have crack or not, need to consulate an Endodontist , if there is crack , you don't win any law suit,
if the tooth still hurting you, then most likely there is crack, you need root canel and crown.

By the way, tooth crack doesn't show on X-ray, it need telescope to indent iffy .
