出租房有一個lien

4年前，我一個出租房漏水（從外麵山上）了，叫了一家公司來修理，這家公司在屋裏有水的地方放了幾片塑料。它不能防止外麵山上來的漏水。

我支付了材料費用，沒要這家公司了。

然而，這家公司把 lien 放在我租住的房子上（我沒有得到通知）說我沒有付工錢。

 

今天我嚐試再refinance我的房子時注意到有這個lien.

 

我能做些什麽來消除這個 lien？
