How much can I claim

from a car accident?

I had a car accident about a month ago. My right leg was bleeding then. There is no way to cure it but waiting heal by itself. I had another serious problem with the car accident. I have a neck, upper back, shoulder, and right arm pain after the car accident. I've been treated about a month. But recently the pain get worse. I took X-rays and MRI for my spine, they showed some fraction. I estimated my medical bill will be about $10,000 or more for all the exam and treatment. I wonder how much I can claim from their Insurance company (It's the other driver's fault) based on my medical treatment. Also, the pain problem will probably bother me the whole life. If someone has this kind of experience, please give me a help. Many thanks!
