Do something. Either go to the consuler, or make a decision to divorce. We only live in the world once. There is no reason to hang on here, it is not difficult since there is no child involved yet.

Also talk to your parents, friends, get some supports, being in a bad marriage is not an ugly thing.

If you have made the divorce decision, the divorce can be granted upon one party's will in most states. Get divorced at first, then end the lease and move out, there is no reason to pay double rent.
