想了一下，對方蠻有經驗的，一直說自己什麽都忘了，不知道發生什麽，然後反咬一口

這種模棱兩可的話，怎麽都可以解釋。而且如果當時就耍賴，估計樓主會立刻找到證人或者拍些照片做證據。警察當時沒有辦法麽？你當時怎麽處理的？
