About water damage

Hi Lao Mao and other attonery friends,

如果合同工A造成水災毀壞了地板，合同工B也造成了水災並毀了地板，但是不同的地 方。合同工A賠償了損失並且賠償全房間打蠟，合同工B是否應該賠償損失並且賠償 賠償全房間打蠟(打蠟部分是否是要包括全房間，還是隻是損失的部分？)
