如何出版書?

父親去世前寫了一本書,　我媽問如何出版?　有沒有什麽程序和推薦的書商?　
我們兄弟姐妹多,　出的話,　版權屬於我父親，　還是我母親？
如果我母親以後不在了, 那這個產權怎麽轉移. 可不可以平分給孩子們? 
如果不可以, 怎麽分配合理?
