Result

I had dinner with them last night. We clarified few misunderstands. For example when they say Fxxx or bitch to me, I was very angry. Now I notice that it just a way they express disagree. The daughter said Fxxx you mom. The mother just shut up. Almost every other sentence has F word.
I offered to give them $500 to settle down. They preferred staying in my place for one more month free. They said they had a lot of furniture in storage, so they need a bigger place. They need time to find their place. I told them I will send application to rental office to pass their credit check, and we need sign a lease agreement. They just said on agreement, I have to write never change the lock again. They also agree if they stay longer than one month, they will pay me. Because my lease only has two more months, if they stay and not pay, we will all move out.
