離婚的agreement可以反悔？

大拿們評論一下，有個朋友找網站填表提出離婚，有個agreement，對方簽字了 。上庭前還找過律師谘詢，問對方會不會當庭反悔，律師review了agreement說不能反悔。
上庭時，女法官問女方是否確定使用這個agreement, 女方不確定，結果agreement就無效了。
請教大拿們，這個agreement要怎樣弄才不能反悔？
