情況1： 本人失業拿Unemployment Insurance。期間回中國。在填寫申請的時候，填我在美國。後來被發現。退錢，4周不可以申請Benefit.
狀況2：申請公民 N-400 Part 11: 31. Have you ever given any US Government official(s) any information or documentation that was false. 
問題：我是否要回答“y" 呢？
