restraining order隻是一張紙，不是防彈衣

按江澤民的說法,too simple, too naive. restraining order需要你打電話叫警察，老公回來殺你，你有時間打電話嗎？


當然，如果你怕被老公打，不怕被老公殺，那麽你可以要求老公搬出去。

可是有的老公像瘋牛一樣，會回來殺人的。如果家暴受害者實在懼怕施害者，一般會建議受害者躲起來，這就是shelter的作用。
