還是要折騰好幾次上庭, 才宣判? 我想知道大概的司法程序. 查起來太慢了.

如果有認罪的Deal, 誰會和我negotiate. 檢方直接找我嗎?

成人的criminal record是不是可以erased/expunged over time?

我以後對小孩的監護權是否有影響?

老婆應該會和我合作. 我們現在經濟還行, 我是打算找個律師先谘詢一下.
