請教綠卡申請問題

請教大家一個辦綠卡的問題。先在這裏謝謝了。

我的男友已經 FILE 上去他的申請。如果我們結婚的話，
我可不可以再加進去？如果可以，申請到了哪一步可以加，
到哪一步就不能加了？有沒有這方麵的明確規定？還是說
不論到哪一步都能加？

如果不能加，我是不是必須得保持自己的合法身份，自己
單獨申請綠卡?
